Our work environment is designed to accommodate team members and guests only. Family and friends are invited to make themselves comfortable in our waiting area. The salon is not a safe environment for babies and children, for their benefit and your peace of mind, please organize appropriate child care arrangements prior to salon appointments.

Beverages

To ensure a relaxing and comfortable salon experience Lupp Hair offer beverages, light snacks and magazines in the waiting area.

Etiquette

Out of consideration for other guests please keep noise to a minimum and ensure cellular phones and electronic devices are switched to silent.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in services and products. Our gift certificates are valid for 12 months. More information is available from our receptionist.

Reservations

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you book your Hair and Beauty services before your arrival. A credit card number will be required to secure your service exceeding three hours.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the salon; however a private smoking area is available to guests.

Valuables

We recommend that no jewellery is to be worn in the salon. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the salon premises.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointments. We kindly ask for a 24 hour notice as someone else may need to be scheduled. If notice is not given a $50.00 fee will be imposed.
